Flood Risk Assessment:
With increasing emphasis on Flooding, Flood Risk Assessments are usually required for planning submissions. SPP can offer comprehensive assessments

Planning Applications:
We offer preparation of planning drawings and applications for both new build schemes and alterations to existing properties.
In addition to this service SPP can offer planning advice on any planning issues.

DDA Audits:
As part of the Disability Discrimination Act it is now law to provide access for disabled users to all retail / public buildings.
SPP offers a full DDA Audit service for such buildings.

Planned Maintenance:
Through Planned Maintenance Programmes SPP can forecast in advance the requirements for maintenance of assets. From this Clients can budget for these forecast costs accordingly. SPP’s in-house QS team can offer cost advice and assistance.
Maintenance schedules can be tailored to individual projects or schemes of properties including Group Repair Schemes.

Boundary Disputes:
Our team of Building Surveyors can offer advice on boundary issues, over-sailing rights and issues such as right to light.

Historic Buildings:
SPP’s Building Surveying team have in depth knowledge in conservation and sympathetic conversion of Historic and Listed Buildings, working alongside CADW and English Heritage.

Fire Risk Assessments:
Our team of Building Surveyors can undertake Fire Risk Assessments and will issue a report stipulating solutions.
