Space Utilisation Studies
We have developed our expertise in the strategically important measure of space management. Principally used to assist Higher Education establishments to assess the size and adaptability of its estate.

Planning
Using detailed planning procedures SP Projects seeks to successfully balance aspects of risk and project progress so that the project can run smoothly and safely from inception to completion.

Project Control
Through successful management of the project, SPP can control the project expenditure against agreed cost limits, in liaison with its in-house Quantity Surveying Department while assessing the projects programme in line with the Client’s time schedule.

Programme
Knowing the importance of time constraints to Clients, SPP’s Project Managers can advise of realistic design and construction programmes. Additionally SPP can recommend ways of accelerating programmes to meet any Client requirements.

Leadership
The leadership SPP can offer to a project adds value throughout the duration of the project following the three rules of good Project Management: Quality, Accuracy and Timing

Grant Applications
We provide Clients with advice on the current regulations and procedures with regard to the submission of grant applications both in the public and private sector.

Communication
The Project Management approach SPP adopts offers the Client a single point of contact through the life of the project ensuring at all times a close, efficient and personal service.

Quality
With quality being paramount on many projects, SPP will monitor the quality of materials and workmanship on site to ensure Client’s standards are adhered to.
