Feasability Studies
We offer advice at project inception stage in the form of Feasibility Studies to ascertain if a scheme is financially viable and offer costed solutions in response to this.

Contract Administration
Many of our clients appoint us for administrating their contractual needs. We can offer various solutions customised to the project and Client’s needs.

Bills of Quantities
SP Projects specialise in the production of Bills of Quantities, this approach offers the greatest cost certainty for larger projects.

We are able to produce Bills of Quantities both accurately and efficiently using the latest computer aided software and offer the facility of e-tendering.

Cost Planning
Throughout a project’s duration, cost control is paramount, our Quantity Surveyors can monitor project costs and, working with the Client, design team and Contractor, can identify cost effective solutions.

Whole Life Costing (WLC)
With the increasing emphasis being put on sustainability issues the topic of WLC is of increasing importance. SPP can offer advice to Clients and undertake Whole Life Costing exercises. In addition to this we can assist with producing information required for funding applications.
